Therapy for Couples

Relationships – no one said they were ‘easy’!

Being in a relationship is far from easy. All our ‘stuff’ comes out in relationships – the ‘good,’ the ‘bad,’ and everything in between. Sometimes being in a relationship can feel like the hardest thing possible. Other times things are good, but certain ‘issues’ keep popping up.

Perhaps you want a deeper connection or more intimacy. Maybe you haven’t been communicating well, are arguing more often, or are avoiding each other. It might be that you just want him or her ‘back.’

All of this can be hard to sort through. Therapy can help!

Whatever you are dealing with is weighing you both down, and it doesn’t seem to be getting better on its own. Whether it is about communication, intimacy, trust or anything else, we can work on it in therapy and lighten your load.

You can find your way back to yourself
and your partner.

It’s not easy to know what we are feeling – let alone to communicate it. It’s not easy to give and receive love. In therapy, you can learn new skills to communicate and new ways to understand and relate to yourself and your partner.

You do not need to keep getting further apart from each other. Take steps now to reconnect, come alive and enjoy life!
