It’s been with you a long time. It’s familiar, but not in a good way. You’ve been planning to ‘deal with IT’ for a while, but just can’t take the steps to do so. Perhaps you have tried to ‘work on IT’ before and couldn’t seem to ‘figure IT out.’

Maybe ‘IT’s’ connected to not feeling good about who you are, struggling with painful past experiences, worrying about the future, or dealing with a current challenge.

Sometimes life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and confusing. Both the ‘small stuff’ and the ‘big stuff’ can make us feel like we are going crazy. Often, we have no one to turn to and/or don’t know how to reach out for help.

In therapy, we will work on whatever ‘IT ‘is that needs some attention and tending to. First, we will strive to create a safe space and relationship – and only then move into the deeper work, as it feels right.

The therapy is focused on you and your needs and preferences. The ‘work’ often integrates traditional therapies with experiential and mindfulness-based techniques.
